Flourish Real Estate and Property Management came about as a result of many incarnations in the real estate industry.  We were a “big box” franchise real estate company from 1999 to 2015 and then was a member of the ROOST Real Estate Co. franchise group since 2015.  Throughout this time we have been successful but our hands were tied on a lot of issues, and now we have control over all of our own bookkeeping and our day to day business.  Being a woman owned, women operated company, Flourish is conscious of people’s needs, our team puts great importance on listening, and strives to give the best service possible.  Our owner, Debra White, has been a licensed Realtor since 1985, and the 2008 President of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors.  She currently volunteers at the board of realtors as an ombudsman, a mediator, and a grievance and arbitration panelist.  She knows the importance of communication, honesty, and ethics in real estate.  All of the Flourish staff have 10 or more years of experience and function from a high moral plain.
